In a two days, you turn 1 year old. I can't believe that you're one, that you're walking, that you say Mama and Dada and you chase little boys around in daycare like you do those cats at home. Mostly, I can't believe how much you've changed my life, S +D's lives, my mom and dad, and all who meet you and love you.
I can't wait to see you this weekend and snuggle you up. I can't wait to peer into your blue eyes, and imagine all the possibilities in the world, open to you.

The funny thing about that picture is that if you draw a line in the middle across his head, his eyes nose and mouth are all in the bottom half, and the top half is all FOREHEAD! HAHAHAHAH!
